私たちの研究会では、今後発災の予想される首都直下地震や内水氾濫等の災害に備えつつ、地域の課題と資源を再び見つめ直し、今からできることを積み上げていきます。主な研究活動は、地域の方々と一緒に招待講師を交えた意見交換を行うセミナーと将来に向けた事前復興まちづくりのシナリオ作成を行うワークショップを行います。

　セミナーは、年２回～４回程度の頻度として、新しい技術を取り入れながら、対面・オンラインと同期・非同期を組み合わせて実施いたします。2021年度は、９月と１２月にセミナーの開催を予定しています。一方で、ワークショップは、年１回程度の頻度とし、3D模型を動かしながら、ハイブリット形式でシナリオ作成を行います。

　また、平成２２年以降に早稲田大学佐藤滋研究室と都市・地域研究所が戸塚地区で行ったまちあるきやワークショップ等の成果は、地理情報システムArc GIS Pro上で蓄積されており、公開することといたしました。また、平成２４年に同研究室と研究所が提案した事前復興計画案も公開いたします。

While the area continues its preparedness for future strong earthquakes and inland floods, our research group will re-examine disaster-related regional issues and re-assess the resources available. We aim to find practical solutions applicable from now on. Our chief research activities are seminars that allow the exchange of opinions between local people and invited lecturers and workshops to create future community-based pre-disaster recovery plans.

 

We will hold seminars two to four times a year. They will be either face-to-face, through online meetings or pre-recorded sessions. Seminars are scheduled to be held in September and December in 2021. As for workshops, we will have them about once a year using 3D models in a hybrid format.

 

The data we collected by walking through neighborhoods and workshops held by Waseda University's Shigeru Sato Laboratory and the Urban and Regional Research Institute in the Totsuka area since 2010 was put into the geographic information system Arc GIS Pro and will be made public. In addition, the community-based pre-disaster recovery plan the laboratory and the research institute proposed in 2012 will also be made public.
